It takes a very special chemistry to create a unique project like the Winthorpe Modern.
Designed with finesse and built with passion.
Val Bezic developed a dedication to excellence as an Olympian and five time Canadian Champion in Pairs Figure Skating. This eventually became the hallmark of his career as one of Canada’s most awarded builders. In the past two decades, Val has won Builders Awards for Best Architectural Design, Best Custom Home, and Most Outstanding Bathroom, just to name a few.
Now with over 3 decades of building experience, Val remains a man of passion and intensity. For his newest project, he has turned his attention to creating these 8 residences with a sense of pride and a dedication to quality that is unsurpassed.
His devotion to detail can be seen in every feature of these exquisite homes. From the smallest design of the door handles to the large open spaces and the clean sight lines, this is living space that welcomes and grati es. Engaging a relaxed modern philosophy as an expression of the builder’s art; the Winthorpe Modern project exemplifies Val’s passion for perfection.
